Workshops on combatting Anti-Gypsyism and supporting Roma Youth participation in Ukraine

CoE

The Council of Europe Youth Department is looking for participants for a training course on combating anti-Gypsyism through human rights education and youth participation to be held from 3 to 8 November 2016 in Odessa, Ukraine. Young Roma activists from Belarus, the Republic of Moldova, the Russian Federation, Ukraine and the Baltic states can apply until 16 October.

Please consult the website of the Council of Europe Youth Department for the call.

A second, national training seminar aims at building a strong Roma youth network in Ukraine.

The Alliance Taskforce asks the Alliance participants to spread this call in their networks, especially youth networks. These are important opportunities to learn how to fight anti-Gypsyism and how to empower Roma youth.
